Returns

Returns & Exchanges:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

Condition:  All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

Defective or Misprinted Items:  If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at service@trancegaze.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Incorrect Size:  If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the shirt for an exchange or a refund, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process: Email us at service@trancegaze.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear on your statement.
