Made-to-Order Policy:
Every item at Trancegaze is custom-printed specifically for you when you order. Because of this bespoke process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please consult the size chart on the product page carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form.
To facilitate a quicker resolution of your issue, we strongly recommend including a supporting photo or video when contacting us.

A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface. |
| Delivery-related product damage | A photo or video of the received product, where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible. |
