Sizing T-Shirts:

To find the best fit, lay your favorite t-shirt flat and measure its width. Use the size chart to select the appropriate size.

Unisex T-Shirts: These are comparable to men's sizes. For a better fit, women may want to size down.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100: This certification label means that a product has been tested for harmful substances, including heavy metals, toxic dyes, and carcinogens. Gildan is a member of the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol, ensuring ethical & sustainable production practices.

Heather colors and sports grey contain polyester for added durability.

Gildan 64000 vs. 5000:

The Gildan 64000 is made with 100% preshrunk ring spun cotton. It is softer and has a slimmer fit of a European tee.

The Gildan 5000 is thicker and heavier, feels cooler, and has the looser fit of a classic tee.

Washing and Care Instructions:

• Wash the shirt inside out to protect the print.
• Use warm or cold water; avoid hot water.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
• Tumble dry on low or medium heat for best results.

All orders are shipped via USPS, and shipping is complimentary within the continental United States.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 days, depending on your location.

Refunds:

Trancegaze has a 10-day refund policy for t-shirts, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Returning the physical item is not required. To start a refund or reprint, you can contact us using the contact form.

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Trancegaze offers a free reprint or refund if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please send a message and include a clear photo showing the manufacturing defect or issue.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at via contact form on the contact page.
